On 20th January, 2012, a new patent infringement suit was filed (Civil Action No. 1:12-cv-06383) by Spinal Generations, LLC in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois against Atlas Spine, Inc., alleging that the defendant has infringed the patent of the plaintiff.
